Step 1: Offer

Once you’ve accepted our offer of employment, we’ll begin collecting your SOW details and transferring security clearances. We’ll also email you your unique login credentials to access our online onboarding portal, where you’ll find benefits information, tax and payroll forms along with other helpful tools and resources.


Step 2: Onboarding

Our transition team will contact you to introduce ourselves and personally walk you through the process. The online portal makes it minimally intrusive and maximally streamlined, guiding you through a series of tasks designed to help you do your most innovative work, further your professional development, and deepen your job satisfaction.


Step 3: Orientation

Meet your JPL team, learn about APR’s company policies, and receive self-paced, virtual training in safety, HR compliance, and our cloud-based timekeeping system (ARMS).
