Jay Chhugani
TSAS Sr. Program Manager
As senior program manager for APR Consulting, Jay is the primary interface for JPL clients and subcontractors, leading the Temporary Support and Services (TSAS) transition plan and execution from talent, contract, space, and relationship management to budget, operations, and professional development. All in the service of the organization’s project goals and long-term growth.
Even off the clock, he can be found promoting professional and business growth and transformation, having served as vice president of membership on the board of the National Contracts Management Association (NCMA) – San Gabriel Valley chapter, as well as the chair of JPL’s Small Business Council.
Prior to joining APR, Jay was executive director at Axient (formerly Millennium Engineering and Integration Company), where he received the STAR Award from JPL and was instrumental in his company being honored with the Thomas H. May Award for Excellence. He holds an MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
